Running for… fitness?

Running is a great way to move more, and enjoy all the benefits that come from moving more. However it can often feel like conventional wisdom is to put the cart before the horse – to get fit then enjoy then benefits. As someone deeply committed to having my cake and eating it I always encourage an approach of making moving itself as pleasurable, interesting, and easy as possible. This way notions such as motivation or discipline become less important, and you can enjoy both the means and the ends of moving more!
